The concept of meeting customer requirements takes into consideration the requirements themselves, and also our internal relationships, processes, and the manner in which we operate those processes. Objectives will be established to ensure these criteria are met. Review of Quality Objectives will be done systematically during the Management Review process.
Our quality system and procedures will comply with the ISO/TS16949 Standard - "Quality Management Systems - Requirements" for which the underlying principle is to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
